Cancellation Policy

Bookings require 50% of your service as a booking fee in order to secure your position in our calendar. This must be paid at least 1 week in advance or at the time of your booking, whichever is earlier. This fee will come off of the total of your service when you attend. There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals - please communicate if you are running late, we are all human and we acknowledge things happen; like traffic. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled or you may need to alter your booked service to fit into your remaining booked time. This is so sessions after yours can run as scheduled. Cancellations over 24 hours in advance will not incur loss of the 50% booking fee and the fee can be rescheduled to a new session or refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking will forfeit the booking fee and are non-refundable.
